Billesley Common

General Maintenance

The VRP Team has been cleaning and varnishing the signposts and information boards. They have also repaired fences, and continue to keep the site litter free.

Children’s Play Area

A number of local people have shared their concern with us regarding the dilapidated play area. We’ll need to decide what we want and to apply for funding. So please get involved if you can, your help would be most welcome.

Footpaths

Some of the footpaths are vary difficult to walk on since last year’s storm. We hope to raise funds to get them resurfaced and to install more benches, but will need yout support in writing to help application.

Conservation Work

Looking to creatures in the Haunch Brook is fascinating for all ages!

Future Conservation Work Days:

Once a month, every Saturday Dates; June 22nd July 20th August 24th September 21st October 19th November 23rd Meet at 10am at Haunch Lane Yardley Wood Rd entrances.
